Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

COMPANY NAME delivers to UK & Ireland as standard and also offers worldwide delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTIONS

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

It is essential that a contact number is provided as occasionally our couriers will need to contact you. A mobile or work number is preferable in this instance.

DELIVERY TIMES

For the UK and Ireland we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days. A business address is often preferable as a signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver once more on a different day before returning the item to our warehouse. SHIPPING CHARGES

UK and Ireland standard shipping will be charged at a rate of £0.00 per order. 

UK and Ireland next day shipping will be charges at a rate of £0.00 per order. 

Any orders over £100.00 delivered in the UK and Ireland will be FREE of charge.

We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT within the EU. Prices quoted on solesisterfootwear.com do not include VAT or sales taxes outside of the EU. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Not all designs/products are available to purchase outside of the UK. COMPANY NAME will inform you if any part of your order falls into this category.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Please Note

  • Customers are advised to bring a proof of purchase with them in returning in-store e.g receipts, order numbers, complimentary slips
  • Postage will not be refunded
  • Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
  • Unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof
  • COMPANY NAME has the right to refuse refunds on sale/clearance items, however exchange or credit notes can be offered at the discretion of COMPANY NAME .
  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition in orignal packaging e.g box.
  • The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway
  • We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
  • COMPANY NAME does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of COMPANY NAME .
  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
  • COMPANY NAME does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

Customers may not be refunded if they:

  • knew an item was faulty when they bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
  • no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
